​Professor John Rolfe is a resource economist in the School of Business and Law at CQUniversity at Rockhampton, and a fellow in the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia. He is the Independent Chair of the Gladstone Healthy Harbour Partnership Independent Science Panel, the Independent Chair (Acting) of the Great Barrier Reef Independent Science Panel, and on the Editorial Board for the Australian Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics.
